Shikha Srivastava

Ms. Shikha Srivastava is a social development professional with over 18 years of varied experience in program development, management, strategic planning, institution building, monitoring and evaluation, communications, and resource mobilization in India and UAE. She has successfully developed and implemented projects on livelihood, gender, education, child rights, emergency, rehabilitation and youth Development. She is a passionate advocate for gender equity and has spearheaded research initiatives on the women and children issues. She drives creativity in strategies and interventions to effectively respond to the fast changing global developmental landscape. Being a digital enthusiast, she loves to experiment with the online communication strategies. Ms.Shikha is an enterprising leader and brings her own experience of institution building, engaging stakeholders and program management in taking forward the IGSSS’ vision and mission.
