Ms. Esther Beulah

Ms. Esther Beulah has a Master’s Degree in Social Work with specialization in Urban and Rural Community Development from Stella Maris College, Chennai. Presently, she is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ECOMWEL, a development support group based in Chennai. The core activities of ECOMWEL includes supporting NGO initiatives, offering individual fellowships, implementing innovative direct projects and building capacities through training, documentation and campaigns. She has facilitated gender sensitization training for representatives of various government departments and also facilitated intra NGO training on Gender and Development for more than 80 NGOs in Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Ms. Beulah is also associated with various National and Inter National forums concerning Gender issues.
