Dr Siji Chacko
Dr Siji Chacko is a developmental professional with over 20 years of experience working in multiple sectors, with a focus on empowerment, sustainability and climate justice. He has a doctorate in Disaster Management from Tata Insitute of Social Social Sciences, Mumbai. He also holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola College.
He has several years of experience in livelihood programmes, innovative inclusive quality education, strategic planning, project management and leadership. Of late, in the context of COVID-19, he heads an entity known as Jesuit Resource and Response Hub (JRH)-S. Asia, an effort to reach out to those affected in the context of COVID-19, especially the Migrant labourers. He is also leading a campaign called, #V4Migrants, for the cause of migrants in the country.
