Expression of Interest

IGSSS is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from creative agencies / individuals who can design and provide training to youth on social media skills in Delhi. The main objective of the training train youth leaders and volunteers from urban settlements to plan and implement social media campaign on various social issues that engage general public.The basic information is as follows:

1. The training should be in hindi.
2. Two days training for 25 participants. (youth from urban settlements in Delhi).
3. The training will be planned in June 2023.

Scope of work
The detailed scope of the assignment is outlined as follows: 

• Understanding the basic principles of using social media.
• How to build your own brand or grow your presence through social media.
• How to bring change and create awareness on various issues through social media.
• How to create compelling content.
• How to get more and more tractions from the desired target group.

Eligibility Criteria

• The agency or individual group must have prior experience in developing or working on social media campaigns, preferably for the development/NGO sector. 
• The agency must have a portfolio showcasing their previous work in the relevant field.

Terms of Payment

• Fees will be paid in two installments: 50% will be released upon the signing of the contract and 50% upon the successful completion and delivery of the assignment.  

Submission of Proposals

Interested agencies or Individual groups should submit their proposals along with their portfolio and budget to IGSSS by 30th May 2023 to hr@igsss.net. The portfolio should contain their previous work on such assignments. Only the final selected agency/agencies will be contacted. For any query, you may write at hr@igsss.net. Your email should share a brief capacity statement with credentials. Include all costs including travel in the budget. Local agency with a credible track record will be preferred. Please note that IGSSS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
