Sukanya Chatterjee
Lead – Organisational & Programme Sustainability
Sukanya Chatterjee holds a master’s degree in economics from Jadavpur University. She has 18 years of Interdisciplinary experience working in a range of sectors and thematic areas for both private and development sectors in India. Currently, she manages over 30 projects in her capacity as Manager East Zone on IGSSS’s key thematic areas, both partnership and direct Implementation projects. Her proficiencies include all aspects of the programme planning and management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
She has led the implementation of a large DFID funded advocacy projects on disability. Community mobilization, advocacy, social behavior change communications, are her special skill sets. Previous experiences include working for Thompson Social, the specialist development sector communication wing of JWT India. There she has handled multiple Pan India communication campaigns on developmental issues such as Pulse Polio Immunisation, Univeral Salt Iodization, HIV/AIDs, Avian Influenza, Education etc developed for a wide range of donors, NGO and INGO, Union Ministries.
