Fr. Poly Varghese is the Executive Director of Caritas India. He holds MBA degree in HR Management and held various significant positions such as Assistant Director of Caritas India, Executive Director of Welfare services Ernakulam, Save a Family Plan Ernakulam, Founder Director of Wesco Credit and Planet, a consultancy organisation in Development field in Kerala. He was also a founder Trustee of the Indian Farmers Movement. He has got rich experience in the fields of social work and community development initiatives, and as a microfinance expert in the inclusive development process. He also served as Director of Lisie Medical and Educational Institutions, Director of Women development initiatives, etc.
