As an alternate Education Programme for the youth, SMILE tried to sensitize young people about social and political realities and developmental issues. But as unemployment is a major issue that’s affecting the youth livelihood and dignity, the component of increasing opportunities for youth employability has been added so that in the process of youth becoming active citizens, their livelihood is also secured.
This project began in July 2009 and completed in March 2013.
